Come on up to Marysvale, Utah where we have Whitewater Rafting on the Sevier River.

The Sevier River flows through scenic Marysvale valley, surrounded by mountain peaks rising up to 12,189 feet. It then enters Marysvale Canyon and begins a drop of 60 feet per mile. The steep canyon walls present a scenic backdrop with formations and sheer cliffs rising 500 feet above the rivers course.

This is not a "sit back and let someone else have all the fun" trip: you will be an integral part of a team navigating your raft through these exciting rapids. Your Trip Leader will give you a great Orientation before you begin, and throughout the float will fill you in on interesting facts about the River and surrounding area.

This Rafting Trip is exciting and great for all ages (not recommended for children under 5. Be prepared to get wet!

All of our River Guides are CPR and First Aid Responder Certified, as well as being Certified by the State of Utah as River Guides.

NOTE: The Sevier River is "dam" controlled and there are periods when the river is not flowing-no whitewater.We offer Float Trips during this time.

Guides make these trips lots of fun with the addition of "water cannons" and other water toys.

Float trips can be booked in place of Whitewater at any time, we simply utilize a different portion of the River.

Groups: We can take up to 30 people at one time. If you have a group larger than 30, we will take half at a time. The people that are not rafting are free to enjoy the amenities available at Big Rock Candy Mountain (Horseshoes, Kid's Play Area,Hiking,Relaxing by the River)

Requirements

  • 3 or older for Whitewater Rafting
  • Under 18 must have parent or guardian present
  • Life Jackets provided and required

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 20% Deposit required when booking.
  • Balance is due 7 days prior to rafting date
  • Reservations cancelled 7+ days prior to rafting date will receive a depoit of all payments.
  • Reservations cancelled 3-6 days prior to rafting date will receive a refund of 50% if balance has been paid in full.
  • Reservations cancelled 3-6 days prior to rafting date that have NOT been paid in full will receive no refund of deposit.
  • Reservations cancelled 2 or less days prior to rafting date receive no refunds.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Frequently one person will make a reservation for several people and then they all prefer to pay separately upon arrival. Since payment is required 7 days before date of activity, this is not possible. If you wish to make a reservation for several people, but want them to pay separately, please put this in your reservation comments section, or inform reservationist on phone. You will need to notify the other members of your group that they need to contact our office to pay their balance using their own credit card. Any balances that have not been paid 7 days before rafting date will be charged to the credit card used for the deposit. Office will contact you to let you know if any of your fellow participants have not paid in full. 



Whitewater Rafting is available Memorial Day-Labor Day, multiple trips daily.
