Grand Canyon Whitewater Rafting-(REB)

Whitewater Rafting Grand Canyon

This tour combines a ground tour of Hoover Dam, Historical Route 66, and Hualapai Nation at the Grand Canyon, along with an exhilerating Whitewater Trip on the mighty Colorado River.

After picking up up at your hotel, our first stop is Hoover Dam, where you'll have some time to take pictures before heading off towards Kingman Arizona. We'll be driving on historical Route 66 on our way to the American Indian Hualapai Lodge.

Once there, you'll fill out waivers before taking a short drive down to the Colorado River, where you'll get your life jacket, watertight camera box, and safety orientation.

Board the raft and get ready for pure excitement, as you traverse 40 miles along this awesome river. You'll shoot rapids like "Dragon Tooth", stop at Travertine Canyon (including a hike to the waterfalls). You will be accompanied by professional Indian Guides, and the canyon walls towering above you are awe inspiring.

At the end of your raft trip you'll enjoy a Helicopter Ride back to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. You may see Big Horn Sheep, Wild Mustangs, Burros and more. A drive through the Joshua Tree Forest on your return trip rounds out this adventure.
